Posted Jan. 16, 2015 @ 4:06 pm EAST KINGSTON — Chester “Chet” P. Bogdan, 91, died Thursday, Jan. 15, 2015, at the Exeter Hospital. He was born on Aug. 17, 1923, in Westfield, Mass..
